F-1 Student Spring 2026 Orientation
The International F-1 Student Orientation is mandatory for all new, transfer, reinstatement, and change-of-status F-1 students. During the orientation, we will cover important topics such as maintaining F-1 status, F-1 health insurance, student life, and other relevant information. We recommend that students complete their class enrollment before attending the orientation.
The Late International Orientation for the Spring 2026 semester will be held online on Friday, February 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. To ensure a smooth experience on the day of the orientation, please download and install the Webex application in advance.
To register, please provide your first and last name, a valid email address, your HCC ID number, and indicate your student type. After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email. Additionally, make sure your calendar is set to the Central Time (CT) zone.
Please check your primary email in your HCC student account regularly to ensure you receive all communications from our office.
