Connect with Your Designated School Official

International Zoom Lobby

Use our Zoom Lobby to connect with the Designated school officials (DSOs) who process and issue your Form I-20, monitor your F-1 status, and maintain F-1 records in the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).

DSO meeting hours (no appointment is required): Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central Time. In our commitment to ensure every student receives timely service before closure, our team will close Zoom at 4 p.m. This will allow the team to appropriately manage resources to support students' inquiries during operational hours. All students who sign in by 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be served based on their queue position.

International Zoom is open for general questions on Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Who can assist me with Testing, Enrollment, and Academic Questions?

Please be aware that the DSOs in the International Office cannot assist with testing authorization or class enrollment.

HCC Enrollment & Advising Services teams will assist you with testing authorization, test score reviews, transcript evaluations, choosing or changing your major, class enrollment, or completing Verification Forms for extensions, change of major, graduation, or Optional Practical Training.  You can access these services either at your local HCC campus or through the HCC Virtual Enrollment & Advising Services.
