The Collaboratorium at the West Houston Institute is the ideal venue for your next group event or meeting. With flexible large- and small-group spaces designed to enhance collaboration and creativity, coupled with the latest technological tools, there's no limit to what you can achieve here. Your reservation gives you exclusive use of the 4,500+ sq ft facility for your group of 6-36 participants. The Collaboratorium space worked beautifully for the two multi-day ideation workshops we held there. The Collaboratorium was designed to meet every need you may have to make your event a success. Additional areas not pictured include:

- Sign-in/name badge station
- Kitchenette for staging food service, with a full-size fridge, sink, beverage counter and serving table
- Storage area for your event materials
The Collaboratorium is the ideal venue for running a design session. Not only is the layout conducive for creativity and design, but the multiple design spaces and tactile technology capabilities allow participants to easily and quickly collaborate in both small and large groups and to share out ideas in real-time.
